It's time to cook up a little fun!
Let's make Goop!!!
Get your cute girls, your bowls and your measuring spoons.

Oh, and your ingredients too.
Borax, glue, corn starch, water and food coloring.
Mix 1/2 cup of corn starch, use your hands because it's fun.
Dump in one whole bottle of glue (that's 8 ounces).
Stir. Let your sister join in on the fun too!
Add one teaspoon of Borax (yep, that's cleaning stuff) to a 1/2 cup of warm water.
Put in your food coloring.
If you are sassy girls like us, you'll add blue and red to make a beautiful purple and pink color.
Add the water to the glue and stir and stir.
You might find that it's not mixing well, so your mommy might have to get her hands dirty to make it all work together.
Mix and mix.
And, viola...
GOOP!
GOOP!
GOOP!
Let your little sister have her half.
Roll it out.
Make it into a snake.
And, when you're done, store it in little bags for playtime later.

Very fun! I have made something similar without the borax. You have inspired me to do a how to post.
You can't fool me, Goop is just a facny name for Play Doh!!! And I hate Play Doh..... all the little peices it leaves on the kitchen floor while I'm making dinner, doing laundry and tracking it all over! Opps, I didn't mean to give you the run down of last night! Why do they love the things that make me crazy?

Ooh, fancy! Next time I want you to make slime. I think it is just cornstarch and water. Looks like snot.
It is smoking hot out there. I was going to take the kids to a spray park this morning, but it was closed and Addy kept begging to go to the playground and I had to tell her no, because it is soooo hot out.
