Bean: "Because she needs to go and use the big potty."
If she can figure out that the doll needs to do it, then why won't she participate in the potty training business?

our potty training efforts have been a bust! in the end I am frustrated and K gets a diaper. she can clearly tell me that she has peed/poo'd but when placed on a potty she holds it. little shits

Because they are stubborn and want to do things on their own terms. Maybe Barbie can have a talk with her.
