Friday Night Leftovers: The Tooth and Cheese Edition

  • Someone is getting their first tooth.  Here's a hint:  It isn't me.  That little tooth is poking its way through.  The boy has been amazingly great about it though.
  • The nighttime sleeping and rolling over business with Blue is making me nuts.  Nighttime is unbearable.
  • Lest you think this makes me go to bed early every night you would be mistaken.  I am a true night owl and I find my second wind once the kids go to bed.
  • My summer adjunct job has wrapped up, now on to the fall course.
  • Tot is suddenly so grown up.  She still asks entirely way too many questions though.
  • Bean is rotten.  For reals.
  • This is the summer that the girls have really embraced the water and swimming.  Tot has really taken off.  She's a swimming rockstar.  Bean is no slouch either.  Last year she wouldn't get in, this year, she's all over the place with her floaties.
  • Guess what I've eaten this week?  Cheese.  CHEESE!!!!  CHEESE!!!!!  I've only had bites, but I've had it daily.  So far, so good... minus a major poop blowout that involved washing the exersaucer outside.  I dream of pizza.
  • The girls have been exposed to lots of Olympics this week.  I've been trying to teach them as much as possible while it's on.

Teething is not fun - both for mommy and little one!! HUGS!

The Olympics have been on constantly here too. I love exposing the girls to new sports, like fencing! They love it!

Have a great weekend!
